    What are you looking forward to about the breakdown? For me, when I get really crazy, the redeeming factor is a freedom from responsibility. It's like a blank check, "I don't have to do/deal with blah blah blah because I'm freaking out". I've also seen a lot of people (Marya, the blogger Kat) who want to become visibly sick. If one becomes so fucked that people notice, it's validating. You're not just making it up for attention, you really are crazy.
